What is Strong Authentication
Strong Authentication is an additional security measure you may have chosen to have enabled on your account.
Should you have it enabled, you will be required to enter a six-digit authentication code that is sent to you via SMS each time you log in to your account. This is alongside entering your username and password.
Does My Location Matter?
You should consider your current location. If you are not located where you registered your account, you might be unable to log in. Once you're back home, you should be able to log in.
