Settlement is based on official statistical pitch speed data recorded by the MLB.
The selected Player must be in the official starting lineup and throw a pitch (for Pitcher markets), or make one plate appearance (for Batter markets). Otherwise, bets are deemed no action. 8½ innings rule applies (where a 7 inning game is played as part of a doubleheader, the 6 ½ innings rule applies), unless settlement of bets is already determined; with the exception of Pitcher to Record the Win which is subject to the 4 ½ innings rule. Markets will be settled according to game stats from the respective official competition site published on the day of the game. Subsequent amendments do not affect settlement. Specifically for Live In Game Player Performance markets, if after placing a bet, the selected player takes no further part in the game (defined as making another pitch for Pitcher markets or another plate appearance for Batter markets), bets will be deemed no action.
