Settlement of Wagers

Statistics provided by the official score(s) provider or the official website of the relevant competition or event will be used to settle wagers. Where statistics from an official score(s) provider or official website are not available or there is significant evidence that the official score(s) provider or official website is incorrect, we will use independent evidence to support bet settlement.

In the absence of consistent, independent evidence or in the presence of significant conflicting evidence, bets will be settled based on our own statistics.

General Rules

Bet Settlement

All bets are settled on the results published by the official race governing body and taking into account any inquiries/jury-decisions made within 24 hours, of the respective stage start time. Beyond this time frame, subsequent inquiries, disqualifications, and/or appeals will not affect bets.

Multi-Stage Events

For multi-stage events, in the event of stages being canceled, then the official standings after the last completed stage will be used for settlement purposes, providing one stage is completed in full.

Overall Markets

Where Overall markets are revised in between stages, any bets placed after the final completed stage will be deemed no action.

Event Specials

The specified event must be completed in full (statutory number of stages). Otherwise, bets will be deemed no action unless the result is already determined:

Event/Stage Markets

Participants must pass the starting line of the respective event/stage for bets to stand. Otherwise, bets will be deemed no action and wagers returned.

To Win Stage - If the conditions of a specific Stage (detailed below) are changed from those originally listed by the official organiser then bets will be void, unless settlement of the bet(s) is already determined:-

Removal or addition of 50% or more (from that originally listed) of categorized climbs used in a specific stage.

Team Classification Markets

For Team Classification markets, settlement is based on final standings in time based classifications (should there be more than one Team Competition in a specified event).

Outright Markets

Outright markets may be subject to a Rule 4 (Deduction).

Match-Ups

Matchups will be settled upon the cyclist achieving the highest placing in the specified event/stage. In the event of one or both cyclists not passing the starting line, then bets will be deemed no action. If both cyclists start but fail to finish a specific event/stage, then bets will be deemed no action. If both cyclists start a specific event/stage and only one fails to finish, then the cyclist who completes the specific event/stage will be deemed the winner.

Intermediate Sprint Group Betting

Only the quoted cyclists count for settlement purposes.

In the event of one or more of the quoted cyclists being declared a non-starter, then the entire market will be deemed no action.

In the event of none of the quoted cyclists registering points in the specific Intermediate Sprint, then the entire market will be deemed no action.
