Settlement of Wagers
Statistics provided by the official score(s) provider or the official website of the relevant competition or event will be used to settle wagers. Where statistics from an official score(s) provider or official website are not available or there is significant evidence that the official score(s) provider or official website is incorrect, we will use independent evidence to support bet settlement.
In the absence of consistent, independent evidence or in the presence of significant conflicting evidence, bets will be settled based on our own statistics.
Futures Betting
Futures Betting
Non-starter no-bet. Futures markets may be subject to a Rule 4 (Deduction).
Pre-Game Match Betting
In the event of a match starting but not being completed, the player progressing to the next round or being awarded the victory will be deemed the winner for settlement purposes. For Premier League darts events, match betting may be offered in the form of 3-Way, and 2-Way markets. For settlement purposes the 3-Way market includes the Tie option. Bets will be deemed no action in the 2-Way market if the match result is a tie.
Live In Game Betting
Bets on any match market abandoned before the full completion of the statutory number of legs/sets will be deemed no action, except for those bets the outcome of which has already been determined at the time of abandonment. For example, Total Legs quote has been exceeded at the time of abandonment.
Spread 2-Way and 3-Way Leg Betting/Set Betting
In the event of the statutory number of legs/set not being completed, changed, or differing from those offered for betting purposes, then all bets are deemed no action. All bets will be deemed no action if a match is not completed.
Leg/Set and Outcome Markets
Double Chance 2-Way
All bets are deemed no action if match is not completed.
First Leg/Set Markets
All bets will be deemed no action if the first leg/set is not completed, unless the outcome has already been determined.
Total Legs/Sets
If match is not completed, then all bets are deemed no action unless the quote has been exceeded.
Race to 3 Legs
Either player must win 3 legs for bets to stand.
Leader After 4/6/8/10/12/14 Legs
The first 4/6 legs must be completed for bets to stand.
Score After 4/6 Legs
The first 4/6 legs must be completed for bets to stand.
First/Final Leg Winning Double - Color
The Bull counts as red. The leg must be completed for bets to stand.
First Leg Winning Double - Value
The Bull counts as Any Other. The leg must be completed for bets to stand.

Individual Player Checkouts
If match is not completed, then all bets are deemed no action unless the quote has been exceeded.
Individual Player Averages
All bets are deemed no action if the match is not completed. Bets settled from results on official PDC Website: https://www.pdc.tv/.
Highest Checkout 3-Way
If match is not completed, then all bets are deemed no action unless the quote has been exceeded.
Highest Checkout 2-Way
If match is not completed, then all bets are deemed no action unless the quote has been exceeded. If players tie, then bets are deemed no action.
Checkout Total Markets
All bets will be deemed no action if the match or relevant leg/set is not completed, unless the outcome has already been determined. For 2-Way markets if players tie, then bets are deemed no action.
Next Leg Checkout
The Bull counts as red. The leg must be completed for bets to stand.
170 Finish in Match
All bets will be deemed no action if the match is not completed, unless the outcome has already been determined.

Player with first 100+ Checkout
If no 100+ checkout is registered in a match, bets will be deemed no action.

180s Total Markets
All bets will be deemed no action if the match or relevant leg/set is not completed, unless the outcome has already been determined.
First 180
All bets will be deemed no action if the match is not completed, unless the outcome has already been determined. If no 180 is scored, bets will be deemed no action.
First 180 (3-Way)
All bets will be deemed no action if the match is not completed, unless the outcome has already been determined. If no 180 is scored, “Neither” will be settled as the winner.
A 180 in Every Set (including Player)
In the event of a match starting but not being completed, bets will be deemed no action, unless settlement is already determined. For example, if only one Set of a match is played, but no 180 is thrown, then the outcome is already determined.
“Every Set” refers to a match played to its natural conclusion.
Bullseye Finish Markets (Total in Match/Player Totals/Combos)
In the event of a match starting but not being completed, bets will be deemed no action unless the outcome is already determined.
Match Completion and Abandonment Markets
Match/Set 2 Leg Parlay
Predict, in the form of two correct outcomes, from the options of Most 180s, Highest Checkout, and Money Line Market.
“Any Other” outcome is offered and covers a Tie in Most 180s or the Highest Checkout market. All bets will be deemed no action if a match is not completed.
Match/Set 3 Leg Parlay
Predict, in the form of three correct outcomes, from the options of Most 180s, Highest Checkout, and Money Line Market.
“Any Other” outcome is offered and covers a Tie in Most 180s or the Highest Checkout market. All bets will be deemed no action if a match is not completed.
Double Result (Legs/Sets)
Predict the result after the specified number of legs/sets and the overall winner of the match. All bets deemed no action if match is not completed.
Match 2 Leg Parlay – Money Line and Most 100+ Checkouts
In the event of a match starting but not being completed, then all bets will be deemed no action.
If no 100+ checkout is registered in a match, or the Most 100+ Checkouts outcome is a Tie, then “Any Other” will be deemed the winning participant for settlement purposes.
First Dart and Break of Throw Markets
First Dart Markets
Settlement is on the first dart or set of darts thrown in a specified leg/set.
A Bounce Out is deemed as Other for settlement purposes.
In a match format where Double In is used, the market will be deemed no action if offered in error.
First Break Of Throw
All bets will be deemed no action if the match is not completed, unless the outcome has already been determined.
If there is no break of throw in the match, bets will be deemed no action.
Specials Markets
Premier League Specials
To Reach/Not to Reach the Semifinal - The player must take part in one league match for bets to stand.
Settlement will be determined by the players finishing position in the league phase of the competition (following the Week Fifteen events). Dead-heat rules apply.
Regular Season Winner - For settlement purposes this refers to the player who tops the league table following Night 16 matches.
To Be Relegated - Following the Round Nine event, the bottom players in the standings (subsequently eliminated from the competition) will be deemed the winner for settlement purposes.
Darts Weekly Specials (Premier League)
Bets on any of the below listed weekly markets will be deemed no action if the scheduled number of matches do not take place in the specified Premier League Week, unless the outcome has already been determined:
9 Dart Finish in week (Week 1, 2, 3, etc.)

Will There Be a 9 Dart Finish in the Tournament - Tournament must be completed. Bets stand regardless of player withdrawals.
Tournament Matchups
When players are eliminated at the same stage of the tournament, bets will be deemed no action.
