Settlement of Wagers
Statistics provided by the official score(s) provider or the official website of the relevant competition or event will be used to settle wagers. Where statistics from an official score(s) provider or official website are not available or there is significant evidence that the official score(s) provider or official website is incorrect, we will use independent evidence to support bet settlement.
In the absence of consistent, independent evidence or in the presence of significant conflicting evidence, bets will be settled based on our own statistics.
General
Settlement will be based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body of the specified competition, broadcast, or game API. Non-starter no-bet. Futures and Group markets may be subject to a Rule 4 (Deduction).
Unplayed and Postponed Matches
An unplayed or postponed match will be treated as a non-starter for settlement purposes unless it is played within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time.
Incorrect Match Listed
Bets will be deemed no action if the match is listed incorrectly. With regard to any electronic sports version of a sport offered, bets on a event will stand irrespective of home and away listing (versus or @).
Change of Team Name
In the event of a team name change occurring as a result of a team leaving an organization, joining another organization, or officially changing their name, all bets will stand.
Matches Played Before Scheduled Time
If a match is played before the scheduled start date/time, then all bets placed after the actual starting time will be deemed no action. All bets placed before the actual starting time will stand.
Money Line
In the event of a match starting but not being completed, then all bets will be deemed no action unless after the start of the match a player is disqualified, in which case the player/team progressing to the next round or being awarded the victory by the governing body of the specified competition, broadcast, or game API will be deemed the winner for settlement purposes.
Match/Map Markets
If a match or map is replayed due to a tie, the replayed match or map will be treated as a separate entity. In the event of a match or map starting but not being completed, then all bets will be deemed no action, unless settlement is already determined.
Match Markets
Bets are deemed no action if the statutory number of maps are changed, or differ from those offered for betting purposes. In the event of a match starting but not being completed, bets will be deemed no action unless the outcome is already determined.
Walkovers
If a player/team is given a walkover on at least one map before the match starts, all bets will be deemed no action.
Map Advantage
If a team receives a map advantage in accordance with specific tournament format and rules, the team in receipt of the map will be considered the map winner for settlement purposes.
Match/Map Replayed Due to Disconnection/Technical Issue
If a match or map is replayed due to a disconnection or non-player related technical problem, pre-game bets will stand on the replayed match or map in accordance with the official result. All Live In Game bets on the affected match or map will be deemed no action unless the outcome is already determined, and the replayed match or map will be treated as a separate entity.
Team Surrender
If a match is won by a team surrendering, the match will be deemed as completed and all bets will stand.
StarCraft II
Map Betting
In the event of a tie, the Map Winner market will be deemed no action.
CS:GO/CS2
Overtime
Where Overtime can be played, this will be included in the settlement of markets; unless the Tie participant is quoted for a specific market, in which case settlement will be based on the statutory number of rounds.
Map/Round Betting
Bets are deemed no action if the statutory number of maps/rounds are changed, or differ from those offered for betting purposes.
Round Betting
If a round is replayed due to a disconnection or non-player related technical issue, pre-game and Live In Game Next Round bets will stand on the replayed round in accordance with the official result. Live In Game bets on Current Round markets will be deemed no action and the replayed round will be treated as a separate entity.
Player Matchups
In the event of a specified player not playing the entire map, all bets will be deemed no action unless the outcome is already determined.
Kill Markets
Will be settled based on the official scoreboard, broadcast or game API.
Bomb Markets
Will be settled based on bomb events in official round time. Bomb Plants or Detonations after the round has ended do not count for settlement purposes.
Tournament Specials (including Team and Player Specials)
Will be settled based on the final specified tournament results. For map based specials, all maps denoted in the official map rotation count towards settlement whether they are played or not.
HLTV Specials
Will be settled on the official result provided by HLTV.
Match Medic
If Match Medic (or similar) is used to return the match to an earlier state, all markets will be settled based on events after the point at which the match was reverted back to. If Match Medic (or similar) is used to disregard in-game events, e.g., Rounds won, Round kills; they will not count for settlement purposes.
Pistol Rounds
Specifically for any Pistol Round market, a Pistol Round is defined as the first round of either half, for settlement purposes.
Clutches
Specifically for any Clutch market, a Clutch is defined as a team having one player alive in the round versus any number of players alive on the opposing team, and then killing the remaining players and winning the round, for settlement purposes.
LOL
First Blood Markets
Only kills by the opposition team/player will count.
Kill Markets
Will be settled based on the official scoreboard, broadcast, or game API.
Monster Markets
Will be settled based on the official scoreboard, broadcast, or game API. Next Dragon to Spawn will be settled as it is determined in game regardless of whether it spawns or not.
Structure Markets
For settlement purposes, all buildings destroyed count as being destroyed by the opposing team, regardless of whether the last hit was from a Champion or Minion or whether or not they are respawned buildings.
Surrender
In the event of surrender, all markets (unless otherwise stated) will be settled on outcomes as declared by the relevant governing body of the specified competition, broadcast, or game API. Bets on Next based markets will be deemed no action.
Time Based Bets
All time based bets are settled on the in-game clock. In the event of a match starting but not being completed, bets will be deemed no action unless the outcome is already determined. For objective based markets, in the event of the named objective not being taken at all during the map, bets on Time of First will be settled as Not Before.
Chronobreak
If Chronobreak is used to return a map to an earlier state, all markets will be settled based on events after the point at which the map clock was reverted back to. If Chronobreak is used to disregard in-game events, e.g., Towers destroyed, Dragons slain; they will not count for settlement purposes.
Player Specials
Bets on any player not taking part in the tournament will be deemed no action.
Champion Specials
All available Champions count for settlement purposes, whether they are picked or not.
Team Specials
Will be settled on the official match scoreboards at the end of the tournament.
Tournament Specials
Will be settled on the official match scoreboards at the end of the tournament.
DOTA2
First Blood Markets
Only kills by the opposition team/player will count.
Kill Markets
Will be settled based on the official scoreboard, broadcast, or game API.
Creep Markets
Will be settled based on the official scoreboard, broadcast, or game API. Settlement of Roshan markets are determined by the team to slay Roshan, and not who picks up the Aegis of the Immortal, Refresher Shard, or Cheese.
Structure Markets
For settlement purposes all buildings destroyed count as being destroyed by the opposing team, regardless of whether the last hit was from a Hero or a Creep. The number of barracks will be determined by individual ranged and melee barracks destroyed.
Surrender
In the event of surrender, all markets (unless otherwise stated) will be settled on outcomes as declared by the relevant governing body of the specified competition, broadcast, or game API. Bets on Next based markets will be deemed no action.
Time Based Bets
All time based bets are settled on the in-game clock. In the event of a match starting but not being completed, bets will be deemed no action unless the outcome is already determined. Events occurring prior to creeps spawning are included for settlement purposes. For objective based markets, in the event of the named objective not being taken at all during the map, bets on Time of First will be settled as Not Before.
Hero Specials
All available Heroes count for settlement purposes whether they are picked or not.
Player Specials
If a player does not complete at least one map at the specified event, all bets will be deemed no action
Tournament Specials
Will be settled on the official match scoreboards at the end of the tournament.
Team Specials
Will be settled on the official match scoreboards at the end of the tournament.
Compendium Specials
All markets will be settled in accordance with the official Compendium results.
Esoccer
All match markets are settled based on the official score at the end of regulation time, unless otherwise stated. This includes any added injury or stoppage time but does not include extra time, time allocated for a penalty shootout, or golden goal. Bets will be deemed no action if a match is played with non-standard game settings.
Ebasketball
All settlement includes Overtime if played. Bets will be deemed no action if a game is played with non-standard game settings.
COD
Map/Round Betting
Bets are deemed no action if the statutory number of maps/rounds are changed, or differ from those offered for betting purposes.
Round Betting
If a round is replayed due to a disconnection or non-player related technical issue, pre-game and Live In Game Next Round bets will stand on the replayed round in accordance with the official result. Hardpoint
Settlement of the Spread market is based on the final points score at the end of the specified map. Settlement of, Leader after Hardpoint “x” is based on the team with the higher points score after the specified Hardpoint number.
Search and Destroy
Settlement of the Spread is based on the final round score of the specified map.
Capture the Flag
Settlement of the Spread market is based on the total flags captured at the end of the specified map.
Gridiron/Uplink/Blitz
Settlement of the Spread market is based on the score at the end of the specified map.
Domination
Settlement of 1st Half markets is based on the 1st half/round of the map. Settlement of the Spread market is based on the final points score at the end of the specified map.
Rainbow Six
All settlement includes Overtime, unless the Tie participant is quoted for a specific market, in which case settlement will be based on regulation time only.
