Settlement of Wagers
Statistics provided by the official score(s) provider or the official website of the relevant competition or event will be used to settle wagers. Where statistics from an official score(s) provider or official website are not available or there is significant evidence that the official score(s) provider or official website is incorrect, we will use independent evidence to support bet settlement.
In the absence of consistent, independent evidence or in the presence of significant conflicting evidence, bets will be settled based on our own statistics.
General
Postponed Fights
Bets on postponed fights will stand for 30 days, unless stated otherwise. If either fighter is replaced with another fighter, all bets will be deemed no action and wagers returned.
Bets on Fights Before Official Fight Date Announcement
Fights where betting is offered before the exact official fight date is known will be listed on site under December 31 until an official date announcement is made.
Bets on these fights will stand, as long as the fight takes place in the current year, or within the following calendar year (e.g., bets placed on a fight listed on site under December 31, 2020), stand as long as the fight takes place up to and including December 31, 2021; after which point bets will be deemed no action and wagers returned. Where a fight is canceled before an official date is announced, bets will be deemed no action and wagers returned.
Once such a fight has an official fight date confirmed, then bets placed on the event listed under the announced date will be subject to the 30 day rule as normal.
Fight Start
For betting purposes, the fight is deemed to have started when the bell is sounded for the beginning of the 1st round.
Fighter Fails To Answer Bell
If either fighter fails to answer the bell for the next round, then his opponent will be deemed to have won in the previous round.
No Contests
In the event of a fight being declared a No Contest, all bets will be deemed no action and wagers returned, with the exception of markets where the outcome has already been determined.
Bet Settlement and Appeals/Amendments
Bets will be settled on the result declared at the end of the fight by the official announcer. Subsequent appeals/amendments do not affect settlement (unless the amendment was made due to human error when announcing the result). If the official announcer does not declare a result at the end of a fight, markets will be settled on the result displayed on the applicable organization's official site.
Fight Outcome Markets
Money Line
In the event of a draw, all bets will be deemed no action and wagers returned. This includes a fight which ends in a Majority Draw.
All bets will have action regardless of changes to number of rounds to be fought.
Fight Outcome 7-Way/Method of Victory Double Chance
All bets will have action regardless of changes to the number of rounds to be fought.
Fight Spread
If for any reason the number of rounds in a fight is changed, then bets already placed will be deemed no action and wagers returned.
Bets placed on a fighter who wins via KO, TKO, Submission, or Disqualification will be settled as won.
In the event of a fight going to Decision via judges’ scorecards; the specified points detailed on the Fighter Spread selection will be applied to the combined overall total points declared on the judges’ official scorecards. For example, if a three round fight goes to Decision and all three judges score the fight 29-28 in favor of Fighter A (and Fighter A has a Fight Spread of -3.5 points), then this spread will be applied to the score — in this case deducted. Fighter A will be deemed a loser, and Fighter B (Fight Spread of +3.5 points) will be settled as a won.
Round Markets
Total Rounds
If, for any reason, the number of rounds in a fight is changed, then bets already placed will be deemed no action and wagers returned.
Where a half round is stated, then 2 minute 30 seconds of the respective round will define the half to determine under or over.
Round Betting/Method and Round Combination
If for any reason the number of rounds in a fight is changed, then bets on round betting already placed will be deemed no action and wagers returned.
When Will Fight End?
If for any reason the number of rounds in a fight is changed, then bets already placed will be deemed no action and wagers returned.
For betting purposes “Fight To Go The Distance” participant covers the bout being decided by Points or ending in a draw after the scheduled number of rounds.
In the event of a Technical Draw or Technical Decision being declared, then settlement of both markets will be based on the final completed Round.
Will Fight go the Distance?
If for any reason the number of rounds in a fight is changed, then bets already placed will be deemed no action and wagers returned.
For settlement purposes, the official designated number of rounds must be fully completed for bets to be settled as “Yes”.
Fight Statistics
If, for any reason, the number of rounds in a fight is changed, then bets already placed will be deemed no action and wagers returned, except for Round 1 Statistics markets.
