In the event of referee enforced point deductions, official results will be used for settlement purposes, on all markets.

If a match venue is changed, then bets already placed will stand providing the home team is still designated as such. If the home and away team for a listed match play the match at the away team’s venue, then bets will stand providing the home team is still officially designated as such, otherwise bets will be deemed no action.

For competitions where two legged ties have a Golden Set to decide which team progresses (in the event of the tie being tied in matches won), then, for settlement purposes, the Golden Set does not count.

To Qualify will be settled on the team progressing to the next round of the specified competition, and includes the outcome of a Golden Set if played.

An unplayed or postponed match will be treated as a non-starter for settling purposes unless it is played within 5 days of the original scheduled match time.

If a match is interrupted but subsequently resumed (from the point in the match at which it was interrupted) and played to a finish within 48 hours of the original scheduled match time, all bets will stand on the match.

Otherwise, if the match is resumed but not finished within 48 hours of the original scheduled match time, this will be treated as an abandonment and bets on the original match will be deemed no action, except for those bets the outcome of which had already been determined, prior to the initial interruption in the match.

If a match is interrupted for any reason, and is replayed in full, this will be treated as an abandonment and bets on the original match will be deemed no action, except for those bets the outcome of which had already been determined, prior to the initial interruption in the match.

Markets including, but not limited to, Player Total Points (inc. Milestones), Player Totals Aces (inc. Milestones), and Top Points Scorer in Match, will be deemed no action if the match is not completed, unless the specific market outcome is already determined.

Markets will be settled according to game stats from the respective official competition site published on the day of the game. Subsequent amendments do not affect settlement.

A selected player must be in the starting six for their team in the specified match for bets to have action.

The following markets will be deemed no action if the match is not completed, unless the specific market outcome is already determined:

For individual set markets, in the event of the set not being completed bets will be deemed no action, unless the specific market outcome is already determined.

For Live In Game Point Betting, bets are offered for a team to win the nominated point. In the event of the point not being played, due to the game or set ending, all bets on that point will be deemed no action.

If the quoted number of points is not reached in the specified set, then the team who wins the set will be settled as the winner.

In the event of referee enforced point deductions, official results will be used for settlement purposes, with the exception of Race to Markets and Point Betting that have already been determined.

For all Futures and Tournament specific markets, including markets such as To Win Group/To Reach The Final/Name The Finalists, bets will be deemed no action if the scheduled number of games are not completed, unless the outcome is already determined. Where applicable, the podium presentation will determine the settlement of bets. Subsequent disqualifications and/or appeals will not affect bets.

If a specific series of matches, stages or round (e.g., Group Phase), or a competition in its entirety is not completed for any reason, then where bets have been placed on a market after the final completed relevant event, bets will be deemed no action.
