Settlement of Wagers
Statistics provided by the official score(s) provider or the official website of the relevant competition or event will be used to settle wagers. Where statistics from an official score(s) provider or official website are not available or there is significant evidence that the official score(s) provider or official website is incorrect, we will use independent evidence to support bet settlement.
In the absence of consistent, independent evidence or in the presence of significant conflicting evidence, bets will be settled based on our own statistics.
Abandoned, Changed, Interrupted, or Replayed Games.
Date or Game Venue Change
All games must start on the scheduled date (local stadium time) for bets to have action. If a game venue is changed, bets already placed will stand providing the home team is still designated as such. If the home and away team for a listed game play the game at the away team venue, then bets will stand providing the home team is still officially designated as such. Otherwise, bets will be deemed no action. For games scheduled to be played at a neutral venue, bets will stand irrespective of how we list the game.
Interrupted Games
If a game is interrupted but subsequently resumed (from the point in the game at which it was interrupted) and played to a finish within 48 hours of the original scheduled game time, all bets will stand on the game.
Abandoned Games
Otherwise, if the game is resumed but not finished within 48 hours of the original scheduled game time, this will be treated as an abandonment and bets on the original event will be deemed no action, except bets whose outcome had already been determined prior to the initial interruption in the game.
Replayed Games
If a game is interrupted for any reason, and is replayed in full, this will be treated as an abandonment and bets on the original event will be deemed no action, except bets whose outcome had already been determined, prior to the initial interruption in the game.
Scheduled Game Time
There must be 5 minutes or less of scheduled game time left for bets to have action, unless the specific market outcome is already determined.
Game and Prop Betting
Hypothetical Games
Potential playoff games may be offered in advance of a confirmed schedule. In the event of a listed game not being played, all bets will be deemed no action.
Look Ahead Games
Regular season games may be offered in advance of the usual schedule order. Standard settlement rules will apply – the specified game must start on the scheduled date (local stadium time) for bets to have action.
Two-Legged Games
For all games that are played as part of a two-legged tie, where the aggregate score is equal at the end of regulation time in the 2nd leg, overtime will be included to determine the outcome of 2nd leg game bets.
3x3 and Big3 Games
Specifically for the 3x3 and Big3 match versions of the sport, settlement will be based on official competition rules. Where a game starts but is not completed, bets will be deemed no action unless the specific market outcome is already determined.

In 2-Way markets Push rules apply unless otherwise stated below. Wagers on straight bets are returned, and in parlays the selection is treated as a non-starter.

For all of (but not limited to) the below minute based markets, settlement is determined by the official game clock. Events must happen for example, between 12:00 and 11:01 (for First Minute); and 12:00 and 09:01 (for First 3 Minutes) markets in the NBA. The designated time period must be completed for bets to stand (unless the outcome of the specific market is already determined):

Teasers
In the case of any of the selections resulting in a push, the teaser will reduce down on all the remaining selections. E.g., a 6 leg teaser with 1 Push will revert to a 5 leg teaser on the 5 remaining selections, a 4 leg teaser with 1 Push will revert to a 3 leg teaser on the remaining 3 selections, in all cases at the reduced parlay odds on the remaining selections, at the time the bet was placed. Where a Push results in a teaser being reduced to one selection, the teaser will be treated as a straight bet and paid out at the appropriate fixed odds.
